We thought about creating a Twitter account for the boys so we could put up cute little tidbits of their lives without having to create a whole new blog entry. But instead, we did our own version (Chris is a web developer, after all) that allows us to put up pictures and video as well as just text. We even set up a way to upload photos we take on our cell phone to the site automatically. We hope you all enjoy the new additions.

    A Visit to El Camino Hospital: Sorry, No Baby Yet

    On Thursday we went in for the routine weekly doctor's visit. It wasn't with my normal OB/GYN because he was out of town all week. Anyhow, we tested my blood pressure and it came out pretty high. So, the doctor ordered me to be on bed rest all day Friday and to come in and check my blood pressure again.(more)

    Yesterday Alyssa was complaining that if you forget to answer the captcha rock, paper, scissors question, or got it wrong, it completely erased the comment. So now there's a javascript reminder to answer (and check) the question if you forget. Also, if something screws up, then the comment is still there to edit. Also, I put a "Latest Blog Entries" on my personal page so that people could find the latest entries more easily.

    We've moved Alyssa's blog officially from Yahoo to this site. This change came only after months of convincing, and after meeting all Alyssa's qualifications (include a way to upload pictures, include a display for the number of comments, find an easier way to cycle through the blogs, and a host of other small changes).     Science at the Beach

    We've lived in California for about six months and we've never really been to the beach before. So today we went to a beach located just a few miles south of Carmel (near Monterey).     Blog entries now list the number of comments made on each entry on the blog home page.

    Created a new Blog, Deeper into the Mist.

    Changed blog page to include new blog.

    Changed a few things about the blogs: added feed icon for RSS feeds, fixed a calendar bug, changed email on comments to not display, set title to link to blog homepage.

    Added Blogs page to give more direct links to Chris and Alyssa's blogs. Just a filler for now--eventually planning to add features to show the lastest entries.

    Created a new look for the Today's Specials page. Check it out!

    Added the "What's New" page and the "About Us" page. The "About Us" page is probably just going to be a filler for now and we'll improve is as we go along.
